Здравствуйте! Кто-нибудь может подсказать, что в данном контексте означает СР?

I understand your proposed  position would be at least to have some sort of written agreement between Yulian / Listco and Chengda for the acquisition of such assets, but then I would like to add  that these agreements should be entered into pursuant to relevant PRC laws We can certaintly propose thatas a CP.  Let me know whether you still want to add these additional CPs regarding Chengda assets
