You say: I wish she couldn't be upset
4) you didn't clean your bedroom and your mother is angry
You say: I wish she couldn't be angry
5)you want to go on holiday but you can't afford it
You say: I wish I could afford it

You say: I wish she weren't upset today.

You say: I wish my mother weren't angry.
5)you want to go on holiday but you can't afford it
You say: I wish I could afford to go on holiday.
Не обязательно везде с глаголом could писать. МОжно просто глаголы в PAst Simple… Не забудьте оценить.
