Здравствуйте. Правильно ли я составила текст с грамматической точки зрения? - вопрос №1054385
All, probably, know that vitamins are a necessary part of the food. They often say: «This food is useful, it has a lot of vitamins.» But few know exactly, what are vitamins, where they come from, in what foods contain importance for our health. Vitamins are the organic compounds necessary for the person for good health. Their lack in the diet develops a certain, often repeated, disease or broken health in general. Our food have to be correctly balance. We should eat fruit and vegetables and have to take products containing proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Vitamins shouldn't be substituted for synthetic vitamins from a drugstore. Oranges and black currant, containing vitamin C, fish and caviar are extremely useful — vitamin B, E. It`s necessary not to kill vitamins when cooking.
